If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Undergarments, swimwear, or intimate apparel

  • Accessories

  • Sale or discounted items


Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at 📩 support@aandsuz.store within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

  2. Please include your order number, item name, and the reason for return.

  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
